Bespoke and custom-made pieces require a non-refundable deposit. Once a design is approved and production begins, cancellations or significant changes may incur additional costs. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our brand standards or quality requirements.
Prices for our gold and silver collections are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations in precious metal rates. Final pricing for custom pieces will be provided upon completion of the design phase.
